Hey come on FJ Owners where are all of the FJ Posts? THey might have to get rid of this section if we dont start seeing some more action.Maybe your all on the mall shopping site looking for a parking stop to run over. LOL
I tried dragging a bunch of people over from FJCforums but it didn't really stick... or else once they got here they started reading other tech subforums.
It's going to be a while before people are routinely doing heavy mods to their FJC's. Once they do, they'll be researching what other people do here, and traffic will pick up.
I have an old FJ40 thats tubed out. But its wheelin on jack stands right now waiten to recieve the planetaries and 53's. Ill post up a build thread prolly around the 4th.
No, really has anyone taken thier FJ on a good trail lately. LOL , YOu dont have to be SASed. Where is Eric he beats the hell out of his everytime he goes out. You guys are too kind and my head is too big, If I ever need a helmet I wont be able to find one big enough!
Mad dog your rig is sick I have been a fan of your sas mods.It will take me some time but the level of your rig is what I am shooting for. So how long did the bushwacker flares last or do you remove them for wheeling?P.S. if you ever come kansas way I could take you around an scare the crap out of some jeep's LMAO:grinpimp:
Here's some pics from the AAT outing last weekend. 2N06X black diamond trail.]
Great Pictures I really like the stance of the yellow FJC , I was hoping to find out a little more info on this rig how much lift and what kind, tire sizes, and if regeared.
Thanks
Hey Jeff, did I see you up here about a month ago in your SD? You were leaving the Stater Bros shopping center at 395 and 18 as I was at the red light. I didn't realize it may have been you until you were gone.
Yes that was me , I waved I thought it was Jon. I was out at a manufacturing plant in Adelanto working on production of my diamond Plating. I didnt know that he sold it to you until later.
Thanks for looking. No real up grades yet But did make 3/16 skide plates covered with UHMW plastic. I had the same UHMW on my last jeep and it work well for me. And the skid plate is doing it's job.
