Didn't see any trans mods noted as I skimmed your build, but I wanted to ask if you saw my A340 thread last year.

I made blockoff plates to keep the fluid in the front case, and it works great. I can climb verticals with no issues now, and have since I installed the blockoff plates. I still have the cardboard templates if you need them. Just let me know.

I would love them, we have not mad up the transfer cases yet, but the transmission is modified, no more chain.

PM me your address and I'll mail you these cardboard templates. I made metal ones, and RTV'd them in place because I didn't know if they would work or even hurt the trans. It's been over a year, and no issues. I should probably revisit them and JB weld them in now. If I was a really committed I'd weld them in, but I was born and raised in Arkansas so RTV and JB Weld on my rig makes me feel better. :P
