Guess i should ask some questions here before I do it my way.

Do most people building these run the brake control peddles and power unit from a truck or are a lot using after market race type set ups.

What are most people running for steering columns from the trucks or are they using the same type rails run

What are most people running for flooring of there rigs, I was thinking of over the clutch area of using 1/4 inch plate in case of clutch explosion then going to the same type of screen i have used in my rails over the past years

Also who makes that small one peace seat I have seen in several pictures, for me that was the deciding factor i have 2 kids in wheel chairs that live with me. We have enjoyed riding on the beach trails for many years but sand rails can not run down trails very good we have tried it many times but we are just to long.

I was going to build a pick up a truck but could not figure out how to make it for 3 people then i found these and fell in love, and every thing I have bought for the truck as far as frames goes i can use so only money i am out is the exo cage on the truck

We use stock pedals, buggy steering shaft and as for flooring we ran 1/8 in. aluim diamond plate w/ lexan fire wall. Good luck with your build

In some of the F-toy build ups we have done the stock pedal assembly and steering set up work just fine. Not to mention your donor rig has just about all the parts your going to need. As for the flooring material .063 alluminum seems to be easy to work with, fairly light weight and the price is right.
