New East Coast Formula Toy Vender

I am proud to announce that John Scheidhauer with Alpine Autoworks in Memphis TN, has been approved by the Board of Directors to be the new vender that will supply formula Toy chassis to the East coast customers.
It looks like you will still contact Hendrix Motorsports to make the initial order, but the chassis will be assembled in Tennessee.

Thanks BOD!! We're really excited about getting more F-Toys to this area. If I had known how well these rigs worked I never would have built my 4Runner to start with. I have to work out some details with Mike but I hope to be able to ship the first chassis from our shop in January after that it should take no longer than 2-3 weeks to ship a chassis once it's ordered. We'll only be offering the DOM chassis unless you want a HREW bad enough to pay freight for it to be shipped individually. To me it's a no-brainer to get the DOM particularly if you plan to compete. We also plan to offer connector tube kits, body panels, front and rear hangers, rocker armor, etc.. Give us a little time to get this going and we'll have 5 or 6 rigs at every East Coast comp!!

Will this mean I can get a 4 seater version I could pick up in Memphis and save on the previous shipping costs?

I'll stab you if you even try to become a web-wheeler for yet another decade.

Good job, desertoy, you just removed the last obstacle (other than $$$, of course) between me and an F-toy chassis. Shipping.

Oh no, it'll take me 8 whole minutes to drive home with it...

Unfortunately, mine won't be comp-legal. If I'm going to put this much money into a trail rig, it'll be linked in back.

We're taking deposits for the first run off chassis now. I'm ordering 5 DOM 2 seater chassis from Mike. If you're interested in a 4 seater or HREW chassis then let me know very soon so that can be included. If we have to order/ship it seperately it will cost more. I plan to deliver the first chassis in late January and should be able to deliver one in 2-3 weeks following that.

I've had a couple inquirys about the X-chassis. I hadn't considered building these until now. Let me know if you're interested and we'll see what we can come up with for price and delivery time.

This is getting really fun! Can't wait for the comps next year!

DRM-If you buy a chassis i'll bring the dang thing to you!

If you used the email on my site I just don't check it often enough. Pm me here on PBB for fastest contact. My prices for the chassis will be the same as Mikes on his site plus freight to me which should be around $100 each. Just add $100 to his price and that should be very close. After we ship the first group of chassis parts i'll have a more accurate price. Sorry.

My buddy is thinking about one. I figured if it would help anyone out to get it to Knoxville I could get 2 or 3 and bring them back from Memphis with us. If that would help PM me and we can see what we can do.
