You can get the chassis to fit on anything. The only problem I can think of using a LC frame is th wheel base is too short. You would need to streach the wheel base to around 103" plus.

nope. people have put them on k5 frame, toy, frames, scout frames, bronco frames...
any box frame will work

If you're set on the LC drivetrain? Then get a mini frame and hang the LC parts on it. I don't know about out west but they're cheap here. My .02.
