Here's some update pictures of the floor subframe/seat mounts bracing. I'm looking for comments
I'm planning on adding steel to the two flat iron parts to make them a "C" channel.

nice idea on the seat mounts. Do you have pix of the boat sides? Are they going to be welded to the chassis?

Here's a few more update pictures of the steering column and the brake pedal bracket. Still not sure what I'm going to do about tying the windshield bars into the frame. As MT4runner point out my steering column placement has blocked a direct shoot from the bar to the frame. Thinking about bending a loop that will go under the column and then tie that into the frame
I bring the suck at adding to a picture but I tried to add what I think might work for the bar on my last picture.

Your steering column mount looks relatively beefy...could you fully box it in so it carries the weight coming down from the windshield bar*...what about a section of 3" pipe for the steering column to run through--and run a tube kicker down from that pipe sleeve to the frame?
*actually, if you're on your lid, it would be the weight of your drivetrain on your frame, though that brace, and up the windshield bar to the lid!!

fabbed up some shock mounts today. I don't have a tubing bender so I bought the hoops from Ebay for $60 for each pair. I'll be tying the tops of the hoops into the rest of the tubing also.

Been kind of slow for the last two months or so but I'm getting back on it this week. My male corgi thats in the build thread got sick before Christmas and has Lymphoma so we've been spending a lot of $$ on his treatment so that has taken $$ out of my build fund. He's doing great though, I never thought I'd say that me dog is getting chemo
I hope to have the boat sides done next week sometime and I'll try to get some updated pictures.
