My 88 cruiser manual from toyota that I use all of the time ( because my cruiser is the first pig I have ever worked on, and it seems to have most of the answers I am looking for ) says that I am supposed to have only .006" play in my rear axle shaft ( in and out play) I have about .010-.012" of play

what should I do

according to the manual ( which is one thing I do not like ) it say repair or replace
but I cant seem to get a bigger C-clip in

should I worry or is this normal
