Does any one of you guys have ever see/install/swap a manual tranny from a fj60 in a fj62?

Christian, I have an H55F 5-speed manual in my FJ62, came stock like that. The swap into an FJ62 is possible, I've seen a really nice one done on Willy Sauter's FJ62 in Santa Fe, but it's going to take a lot of work. Basically, you're going to need the bellhousing from a 4/85 or newer 2F engine (the one stamped 3F), a clutch (all parts), the clutch pedal assembly off of a parts truck), plus miscellaneous parts. Fitting won't be tough, but I think you'll need driveshaft adjustments, the A440F auto tranny looks longer than the H55F.
