Send a message via Yahoo to woody
12.5" section width x .66 = 8.25" rounded to 8"

From what I gather, I'd run the 8" wheels because they will hold a bead better than 10" wheels will when aired down

I would run 8" wheels with 12.5" tires any day over the 10" wheels. I have had both and I keep blowing beads on the 10s. Stick with the 8s.

I run 15 X 10's but my fenders are 3" wider and I needed to move the wheels out a bit to fill the space. They were tucked to far in with 8's. I'm not really concerned about popping a bead right now. Maybe later! BFG 33's now but 35's soon.

wow, a friend just got some 35 crawlers and mounted them on 10,s they look just right, i run 36 sx's on 8's and they look great.

beside the bead holding issue 8" rims will also offer a good deal more rim pretection than a 10"
