Wierd request: Broken inner axle
I need the inner part of a broken inner front axle shaft for my tire carrier... Not the birf, but the actual inner where it slides into the diff...
All in all I need about 12" of the inner part, from the splines in the diff out, dont need any thing to do with the end the has the seal surface or birf splines... Thanks... -Brett

I've got a rusty one with buggered spines on the birf end and a junked race surface...can easily cut to 12" or whatever length you need and ship out.
Part is free, and freight "can" be

Brett,
I got a pile of mini truck short sides you can have one of them if you want. I can cut down the length you need so it’s cheaper to ship. (ya I know the mini guys would probably buy these things, but I am too busy to mess with it) Price: Free* Mark *If I ever get down to San Diego again, beer is on you.

Wow.. Brian gives away another broken part to someone.. Years ago I was working on an idea for a swingout similar to Jim VanDe Ven's with a lockout and hub assembly for the pivot and he sent me a broken birf.. That idea has yet to make it to reality but I hope to use that birf on a tire carrier on the swingout that will have a spare spindle, hub assembly which I can lock or spin for fun..
