292 w/465 & 205 in fj40?

I found a 292 for sale locally for a very good price, and I would like to install this motor in my fj25. My rig is already set up with a 283, sm465 and np205. The V8 placement is very good (done by PO) as there is lots of room behind the distributor as well as in front of the fan and water pump. I would like to be able to fit the motor in without having to move the tranny and t-case back (unlikely, I know).

Is anyone running this combo in his fj40? I'm assuming the SBC cast iron bellhousing will work with the 292. Will the V8 flywheel work as well, or does the 292 have a different flywheel? This motor does not come with one.
