E Bay pillow biter

This would be in chit chat but it is very Toyota specific:

I bought a 95 Toyota Land Cruiser OEM manual set from manuals4you (E Bay name) on the 26th of jan. it was a bid or buy it now auction. I bought it via pay pal for $90 including shipping. I waited a few days and then sent them a mail. No response. I have mailed them 6 times so far with no result. I have filed compalints with both E bay and Pay Pal. I understand it might take a day or so to get back to me but this guy is selling and posting all over the place. He has a good feedback rating but he is still stealing my money. He will not respond to E bay or paypal complaints. his phone number is disconnected.

Thats bites! glad that wasn't who I just bought a set of 2000 UZJ100 sereis FSM's from on Ebay.

I sent him a mail a few minutes ago. And he quickly replied stating all has been taken care of. Something about a sick mother and being out of town.

Looks like it will all work out.

Glad you got it straigtened out.

I need to find the "excuse" list one of the Datsun guys used
to send out (funny if he didn't take money, and never deliver).

Grandmother died.
Mother died.
Dog died.
Grandmothers dog died.
Mom's dog died.
Wifes grandmother died....
Shop was broken into, tools stolen.

Really sad part was the dude was a decent machinist (240Z
carb rebush & rebuild) when he did the work. Just way too
sloppy and bad habit of taking money and not delivering.

SO far so good. I came home today to a pile of mails from him. I dont buy his story for a second but I did get a tracking number so we shall see if i get what I paid for.

I think what really did it was that i went through all his auctions and mailed all his bidders expalining the situation.
