I am in need of an FJ-60 rear lift gate. A while back I hooked up with someone on this board named Andy Paine(I think), to purchase his, but we lost touch and I never got it.

If any has one of these for sale, please contact me.

Will you be at the Colorado Land Cruiser swap meet in Colorado Springs Saturday? Maybe someone there will have one for sale or know where to get one.

I just bought my second 4-Runner, so one of my FJ60s will have to go. I might end up parting one out to sacrifice the later 2F w/air conditioning, split transfer case, front disc brakes, power steering, etc. to upgrade one of my FJ40s. I might have some FJ60 body parts for sale later this year if I go that route. I'll be up there Saturday in a beige '84 FJ60 with 33X9.50s.

that would be andy plaine. he goes by KrustyKruiser on this board. he's running fordyce this weekend if the fire isn't in the way. i'd repost on monday, when he's back.

See you there. I just put BFG 33X9.50 ATs on my FJ60 today in Santa Fe, so you can't miss me. I'm bringing up a friend of a friend, both are named Josh, the other Josh will be down from Boulder.

Good to talk to you yesterday at the meet. I'll decide in a week or so what I'll end up doing with my FJ60s, I may have a lift gate for you. Maybe a partial trade for your FJ60 transmission /transfer case? I'll keep in touch.

That sounds like a deal to me. I would be willing to work something out. My problem is I need to have that liftgate on before Labor Day weekend if I can.

Lemme know if you decide before then. Keep in touch, even if I find another gate, I will have that 4speed tranny/transfer lieing around.
