TRYING TO INSTALL NEW POWERTRAX IN REAR AND CAN'T GET SECOND C-CLIP IN. ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY SIMILAR PROBLEM. IT LOOKS LIKE THE AXLE ISN'T IN FAR ENOUGH, BUT STOCK SIDE GEAR GOES BACK IN JUST FINE. <IMG SRC="smilies/glasses.gif" border="0">

Are you using the thrust washers that were on the stock side gears? I have installed two DIFFERENT No-Slips that are for fine spline LC axles. With one of them the directions called for the washers and the other one didn't. One way to make sure which one you have is to look on the back cover of the install instructions. In the top corner it will list the application for which the instructions are intended. It will say there if you use the washers or not.
