Tubeing in hf bender
I modified the 1 1/4 die for the hf bender to bend 1.75 tubeing. First I widend it out to fit with the flap wheel on the dremmel then I welded a strip of steel to the lip to make the sides taller then I finished by running a beed with nickel rod along the inner rim and grindind that smooth with a flap wheel. I can bend a full 90* without kinking. This is a good alternative if you have more time than money.

Actully it looks better in person, and I did it on a old stick macine with rod I had never used before. the reason it looks ugly is I had to start and stop so many times cause I burnd up a rod every 3 inches my beads acualy look pretty for stick. then I had some nickel rod left over so that is what the three tack welds below the beads are.
