New metal on the Cruiser

I made this tailgate for the cruiser today. Now all the kids toys and my tools won't wind up on your windshield!

I saw some powder coated plate type blanks that were like $50.00. I probably have $20.00 and an hour and a half into this.
Works for me!

That is awesome man! About time you spent your day making something instead of polishing rust!

No drop, or swing at all. I am tall enough to reach over it and didn't feel the need.
I have another idea to try out as well when time permits.
First off is to replace that rust
No rattles

Took the ride off-road to see if it rattled
I think everything except the tailgate rattled

I can't wait for the SOA and the lockers. After having a fairly built trail 4Runner and stepping into this stock Cruiser, I was impressed at the offroad manners she displayed!
A little finesse at the throttle coaxed her over obstacles. I was amazed
This is what the legend is all about

Tail gate looks great, building stuff is one thing, but building someing you can really use! Thats the best.
