Hi
I'm going to do SOA on my 60. I have already got all-pro off-road steer arms, but I also need to made tie rods. There are difficulties to deliver rods from US to Russia. So I have to make it somewhere here. As I understand it is not very hard to make it, but I need exact size of them. Please help '89 HJ60 |

which tie rod ends are you intending to use, or which are the allpro arms setup for? 5/8" heims, FJ80 ends, 1-tons, ???

the 80 ends use what, 23mm threading? Odd size for us, might be easier to get over there.
Really, you could estimate the length, have them cut a bit long, have the taps run extra deep, then cut it off to what is actually needed.

Get some FJ80 tie rods. Cut it to length by taking some out of the middle, weld it back together and sleeve it with a bigger piece of tube. Use your FJ60 drag link with 1/2 of the FJ80 drag link and do the same thing.
