My $500 FJ40 purchase!

This is gonna be a fun project, most of the body and the rear of the frame will have to be eliminated but I'ma gonna tube it out and make a strictly off-road rig out of it. I'll keep you up to date!

My wife put a stop to me dragging home all the rotten FJ40's I could find.
She looked out the window at the yard and said "these things are leaving or I am".

But nothing beats finding the trucks and dragging them home!

I dismantled the best one and sold the rest....now I have only one.

I have not fired it up yet, I will try tomorrow or this evening. The guy said he drove it alot last year but it's been sitting a bit and he hadn't started it. Some fresh gas and some ether will probably get it going. I will probably eliminate the rear seats so name your price and we'll work something out. I think they are in good shape with no rips.
