I am toying with the thought of using a Stout bed for my short bed 45. I will have to cut it down a little . It will kind of look like a chopped long bed. I already have a complete bed with tail lights and tail gate in good shape. Any one have thoughts. I also thought about just using the tail gate for a long
bed they are close and look just about the same.

I considered all of these in the quest to fit another bed to my HJ. Even owned a Stout for a little while. In the end, I just built a stakebed.

If anyone is interested in that Stout bed/tailgate in my first post let me know. The Junkyard is in Southern Az and the bed looked to be in good shape, I didnt notice any rust or dents but I dint check it over thoroughly as there was so much other neat stuff there...They were only asking $200 for the bed an tailgate.
