How do you connect a Toy CV to NP205?
Hey everyone. It seems that I will angle the pig up at the NP205 output. ( It currently has a 1310 non-CV yoke on it) I want to run a Toyota double cardan joint, rather than a Dana or Saginaw. All angularity is at transfer case and is about 25* at static height. I'll run a limiting strap to keep it from getting too crazy. So, my question is... how in the world do you put these two together. I know Tom Woods, Jess at High Angle and many other competent shaft shops could do Toyota flange at pig, Toyota slip splines and then 1350 CV along with the correct output yoke for the t-case- but somewhere I read that the Toy CVs were more tolerant of the steep angles and stronger than 1350 series. I suppose I could go up to 1410 series, but I think I give up some angle tolerance to get the extra beef. OK, talk amongst yourselves. Thanks, Luke
