ticking from clutch?
replaced the clutch the same time as my toybox which was only a few months ago.... I was coming back from lunch today and clicking noise seems to be coming from the clutch inspection cover area. stops clicking when the clutch is pushed in... any ideas? Throw out bearing already? Am an idiot to pull the inspection cover and spray some white lithum grease in there to if I can get that annoying ticking to go away?

Check your fork adjustment. Your throw out bearing may be just touching the pressure plate enough to make noise. Their is an measurement in the FSM for the gap.

yup, sounds like a possible bearing/clearance issue or a bent clutch finger to me.
don't spray any grease in the or you'll contaminate the clutch disc. you'll end up replacing the disc or having to live with the lovely "burnt grease" smell for a while......

Easy adjustments. Return spring should be removed and slave depressed all the way before adjusting the nut for clutchfork freeplay. GL Ed
