’07 5.3l Vortec- Where can I find a wiring Schematic?

I’ve seen the light and will be putting a Vortec in my ’81 Land Cruiser.

The motor is an ’07 5.3L, with 3 factory miles. I have the 4L60E, wiring harness, and computer.

What I don’t have is a wiring schematic. Any suggestions on where I might get one? I checked Helms and I googled it, but struck out.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Should I pose this questiong to the Chevy Guys on PBB?

Yeah he is a good guy. I sat there at the car show and listened to him talk. My brain was overfollowing.

There is no such thing as a single wiring schematic for a Vortec engine. The factory service manuals contain dozens of different wiring diagrams, each for a different circuit. AFIK the only place to get the complete collection of wiring diagrams is to buy the complete set of Helm factory service manuals. Yes they are expensive, but I am simply not aware of another source for all of the schematics. You might check to see if your local library has a set of Helm manuals.

I hear 'ya. Price is not really the issue. The simple fact of the matter is... Helm has not printed the 2007 manual yet. I have a 2007 motor.
