Whats a FJ60 worth?
apparently I posted this in the wrong forum....
I am about to buy an FJ60. 170k on the clock 4l inline 6 little oil crusties on the axle... runs good, smooth paint, interior is excellent... price is 1800.00 also, how much will one of these tow? 3000#? is it a deal? I noticed that theres not much in the way of aftermarket parts... |

There are tons of aftermarket parts for 60s... you just have to fab them yourself and be creative.
![]() Sounds like a great price for the cruiser.

I agree. Sounds like a good price if it'll smog. Don't know if that's an issue in Oregon, but a thought for future ability to sell. Typically the drivers seat is hammered and they start showing some rust. An FJ anything is not much of a tow rig.

if it does'nt have a lot of rust then i'd feel pretty good about paying $1800 for it. they don't tow worth a crap though. unless you plan on spending a lot of time in the slow lane......
