Wire wheel, cleaned and roughed it up with a sand blaster then did all the recommend cleaning for por then pored it. Lots of work but it is paying off and will last for a very long time.

Mostly in new Mexico. Whitewater (the 300k fire) a few IA's. There are several more now. They have been getting quite a few starts (all human). Catching most of them but some have got big. We are headed home for mandatory days off. Most likely headed back in a few days.

Guy here on our dept works some part time for a crew and we have developed a strike team as well. I'm too old for that chit but really just have too much business going on on the side to deploy with them or I would do it as well. You guys work your asses off!!!! I'll just stick with strucrural and bandaids.....as well as picking fat ladies up out of the shower and off the floor!

This will give you an idea of the color. Have the fenders, skirts, grill, bezel, top and hood done. Tub should soon bed shortly after. Body work and paint are to nice. I will be hesitant to scratch it up at first.

Yes! My body guy is slower at body work than me but he does much nicer work. I made the mistake of telling him I was not in a hurry... Dumb move, that was 6 months ago, he has had the tub for 2.5 months and hardly touched it.
The motor is wired and fuel plumed, Radiator is in but needs plumed. Basically I need the dam cab to move forward.

Bout the only thing thats done worth showing is the top.

Did you take the top apart for him to paint it? Or was it all together and he just taped it?

I spent the day doing some stuff at the body guys place. We got the floor sprayed with Raptor. At least we are moving again. He said he will try and get it done, he knows its been to long.
