Talking my FJ40 build...well most of it LOL

Well folks, it should be up on youtube by now.

It is a 68 FJ40 on 44 boggers (just search 44 boggers on you tube, part 1 is 5or 6 down from the top)

It isn't finnished yet, but it is far enough along so every1 will get the idea. I should have 8 parts to the build on you tube. PLEASE don't flame me too much, as this is my 1st build, & I am NOT used to talking to the camera....I miss spoke A BUNCH. & a lot of stuff is still un finnished (like the rear spring perches)

BTW, Orangefj (I think that is your screen name), I have not forgotten about frame #'s, I will get them to you

For the last 8 months I have been living in San Jose, so not much progress on the FJ (as it is in Sonora), now I work at Besy Buy In Stockton & buying a house in Modesto, so hopefully I can be actually wheeling this thing come this winter.

So, Post up, lemme know what y'all think

Do you really have a dana 44 up front with 44 in boggers? It might be a long day on the trail unless you ugrade that front axle or go with smaller tires

oh god no. the 14b & 44 came with the fj. for a while I had thought about using 33's on it, untill I had a customer came in wanting to trade some car audio stuff for 44's (at that time I owned Audio Expressions) in vid #2 you can see the front axle I am using for now.

I can tell you this has been one hell of a learing experience...especially having to do it on the cheap.
