For those of you that don't venture out of here much, the server is pushed to the max and they have maxed their bandwidth for the first time since the Pirate BB started.

There is a sticky at the top of the page explaining it all.

Just one more pitch for the Red Star......

Please donate! I have saved THOUSANDS of dollars from the knowledge I have gleaned from this list not to mention the countless friends I have met here as well.

Hey Man,

Sign up for PayPal. It is good to have, especially if you don't use Credit Cards. There is no fee to send money this way, just a fee if you use it to sell things. It is a managable fee though and I believe you will find it nice to be a member.

I'd love to know what they mean by "out of bandwidth". There are so many reasons this could happen on a site with 90% dynamic content and of course, there are fixes for most of them. As a web infrastructure developer, I'm just curious as to where the problem lies.

Now if its just network bandwith, then I can't help ya... Gotta get a bigger slice of the pipe.
