One more STOOPID clutch slave cyl Q...
I'm using a LC clutch slave (Fj40, unknown yr) in my '81 Toy pu (4.3l Chev, R150F gearbox). I want to build my own soft hydro line to route it away from the exhaust. The threaded fitting into this slave is something like M11x1.25 or 1.5 (or mebbe even 7/16x20 UNF
). Does anyone know the exact thread size???Additionally, I have a spare FJ40 clutch slave cylinder that appears to have a threaded fitting size of M10x1.0 PIPE (again ). Am I correct in this? From searching I have discovered that there are THREE different fitting sizes for FJ master cylinders, is the same true for the slaves? I'll go with either slave, I just want to be sure about the fittings before I order them. Any help is appreciated. And if you must flame, at least add a little humor... ![]() If needed I'll repost next Tuesday...
