If LCL is still looking, I've decided to sell my 40 also. Unfortunately need the cash for other things

Probably more than the average PPBer is willing to pay but I thought I'd throw it out there. I'd be willing to cancel the auction for a backdoor deal too.

probably saw that and passed over it because of the price and
location.
