starting point. the frame was rough. between the cracks and previous work, it made more sence to start with a clean frame,....

drilled and tapped the d60 for a third stud and drilled the center pin hole one inch back.

shock mounts on.

A welder, grinder, and a sander. And years of metal working experience.

Next question, I see a trend with you and plating the outside of the firewall foward on the frame. Can you elaborate more on that? Stock box frame not enough even with stitch welding the inner?
