That's what I used on mine. The extended cab Tacoma sliders fit pretty well and were way cheap. Some fab required for installation.

You need to consider cat protection if your going to be doing any serious wheeling. The TG sliders don't have this plus they are weld on. Metaltech, Slee, and 4x Innovations are bolt on and have built in cat protection, just something to consider. You get what you pay for. 4x Innovations are the cheapest of the bunch. 4x4 labs will have a kit out soon as well.

I have a '97 that was just totaled...currently looking at the idea of parting it out...Slee Off-Road sliders/rocker protection currently installed - interested?
