Need help identifiying a connector

Well I was looking under the hood of my 04 taco with a 3rz today checkin the oil and I noticed a little black box sticky taped to the side of my passenger fender it had a wire that was taped into the connector. The connector is on the same harness as the afm plug. The connector is a 2 wire one. I didnt see anything that this plugged into. I looked in the box and its just some chip with the wires soldered onto it probably some cheap performance thing of some sort. Anyone know what my connector is supposed to plug into?
