Tacoma options pkg Q

I've been looking hard for a 5 spd 2.7 Taco, extra cab, 4wd with the TRD locker. I'm having no luck at all, was it ever packaged together? Within 4 hours drive all the ones I've found are v6's or prerunners.

Is the tow rating the same for the 4 as the 6? Should be, the brakes and suspension are the same. I don't care if it is slow, I drive a suzuki, its fast to me!

Trying to build a taco for dragging my sammy around and light expedition type off-roading.

I have the exact truck you are looking for, mine is a 99. Does pretty well, not sure on towing since I have never towed with it. I run 33 MT/R with stock 4.10 gearing and it does fine, but now going to 4.88 with 35's.
