Chandlers rig -
Here are the specs -
Front - 3 link - Using 2.5" lowers 2" upper 7075-T6 (tierod 2")
3.0 Ballistic Joints
18" 2.5 Saws
Full PSC hydro
Front pushed way forward (21")- WB will be at 115
Ride hieght 21.5" to bottom of frame with 4.5" of up travel with 42's -
Axles - 14 bolt front & rear

I did about 60 hours of solid modeling to get the numbers where I wanted them should work very well.

We still have quite a bit to do up front (plating, gussets, etc..)
then redoing sliders
pulling the bed cutting the frame behinded the cab

See the full stuff pic it has a pic of the welder we use, it's a Mig 1998 Miller 250.
Chandler is the Welder Extraordinaire. I taught him everything he know then he passed me up - which is good because now I don't have to weld. :D

Cycled, cycled and them cycled again.
Had to clearance the inside of the frame.
Did frame plates. Tore it apart and got all the axle link mounts
cut down capped and burned in.
Finnished up some tubes that hadn't been burned in yet untill we got clearances worked out and got some work done on the frame side panhard mount.

Ok here she sit under her own weight but we are trying to figure out what spring rates we need - so if you have an idea please post up.
Running 250 over 350 we ended up 2" to high for ride height with zero preload. Sitting 2 guys on the nose = about 500lbs got us about a 1/2" more - so way too much spring. We took off the 350 and just having the 250 preloaded with 2-3/4" we could get the correct ride height. So we are thinking either 100/250 or 150/250. Any suggestions?
