Just buy a kit if money is an issue and put it together.

what do you want a pic of, new bumper or new kit. We now build our own winch mounts (2 styles) and sell everything in kit form

if you look at the first pic, we have not welded the inside of the winch plate so, you can pull up or down on the far outer ends near the side marker to be able to adjust the clearance of the marker and the bumper. The new winch plates are taller in the front and can be sold seperately, kinda came up with this for the guys that like dave'z bumper, his bumper has a tube that runs across the front and on top of the fairlead, now you can have better clearance between your bar and fairlead.

The winch plate comes with the reinforcment plates that can be welded to the front of a first gen after welding a nut to the upper hole for strength

Can your weld together kit be made to fit right with a 3" body lift?

Yes they can be tweaked for any application and bent for different rigs. Hit them up after Monday when the cantina for the con is over.

..

Just came across this thread, bumpers look great. Wanted to say how lame it is when people jump into these threads and say how they can make it for less because of how much material costs and their labor would be less time. Maybe a lot of people dont think about how this guy has a business to run, rent and power, grinder/flap discs/cut off wheels into each one, plasma it takes to cut the steel if they arent outsourcing cuts, or even if they are you have to pay for someone else to cut each part. Bends cost also, it all adds up! Not to mention steel prices vary from area to area, plus does anybody just want to help support smaller businesses anymore? Its hard for me to listen when people put products like this down at all, something that is hand made in america that is obviously great qaulity. Sorry rant off, im just starting out as a small "business" and i just want people to know how long things can take to hand make and build as a one off product. Readign little comments like that set me off and im sure this business owner as well.
