is $800 a good price for an 89 sr5 2 door 240,000 miles straight body everything works, good interior runs strong v6 with an unknown tranny problem

how are those motors at 250000 how much more can i get out of it. Is it pretty easy to swap auto to man trans in these runners or do you have to move everything around
