well i decided to start taking apart my rig again to chop the frame and make my wheel base 130 inches instead of 151 inches

i would def do some fish plating where you welded the frame back together

Did you ever plate that frame yet? I strongly suggest that before any shakedown. That's a unique rig for sure

i was really functional when it was a boat it made everything on the rubicon super easy i havent driven it yet so im not sure how it does

i havent done that yet it doesnt really concern me at all thats how it came stock and if anything my welds are stronger then stock but i will be plating it before moonrocks

No dude......they are plated from the factory. Trust me....well at least my custom cabs are. None of my 3 are butted up like that. They are all sleeved,

its not but welded its sleeved the stock rear part of the frame goes inside of the custom cab frame about 13 inches i guess its just had to tell from the picture

well ive been doing alot of work on the truck latley after the round up i decided it was time for my new axle housing thats rotated and not bent and i started on a flat belly finally

all have more pictures up of the new housing on when i have more time and now for the flat belly pis still got alot more work to do on it but its a start i made one for the cross members removable so i can get off my drive line easy



and the old crossmember
