Got quite a bit done yesterday and this afternoon. My wonderful wife is understanding of the time I spend on the truck thankfully. Anyway I started on the rear. The axle mounts are done and tacked on so I began building the rear frame mounts. I knew that I wanted the mounts to tie into a custom cross member so I came up with a design on that. I began by putting in a temp cross member and removing the stock one behind the rear output..... To begin is the truck as it sits...I just realized I have no pictures of that yet.

My idea was to run the frame mounts off of a frame plate that boxed the inside of the frame and was tied together with a cross member both front (in the existing location) and rear (will be added when installed).

Unfortunately not much in the way of pics. Got quite a bit done finishing up the cross member. I just need to weld everything and install. Also I am going to be running a rear Warn 8000 for recovery/ suck down. It will be mounted above and slightly in front of the rear axle. Basically right under the rear seat. Hopefully it all fits!

Work of art there, looks freakin awesome! I was curious though and I'm sure it's just the angle of the camera, but how is your pinion angle?

Ok im finishing up the front end, namely the panhard. It has been difficult getting the panhard to fit with full compression being what I want it to be. I am running the frame mount on the drivers side and the axle mount on the pass side. I will need to notch the frame on the pass side and probably slightly alter the oil pan to get about an inch more up travel from the pictures below. Any ideas on how to fit this thing?!!
