I am running the aftermarket K&N filter kit on my '93 runner. My question is, I don't have smog check here and I would like to do something different as to my routing of the air intake hose. Does anyone make aftermarket hoses that are not the cheap flex hose you find at checkers? I am looking for heavy duty hose that I can bend and maybe fab some brakets to attach. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

go to lowe's or eagle (whatever the helck they call it)
they have all kinds of that stuff!

i dont know how much help this is, but i ended up using 3"pvc for my crossover, since the factory was hitting the power steering pulley and had worn a hole through, its slightlw more durable and you can make whatever shape you like, basically i used a long piece and shhort one and a 45% angle
