Rolled my '90yota single cab :mad3: back on the market for a truck and t-100's came into the question.Being nearly a foot wider the normal toyota pick ups it brought up the idea of full size chevy axle later on in life.but ive had mixed opinions on the T-100 line.my '90 had a 3.0 so im well aware of the nightmare the motor presents  .im just looking for some insight into the truck.seeing if theres some reason theres not more out in 4x4 service.thanks Nate
My T-100 has 145,000 on it all of which were loaded with 1500 lbs of tools. The 3.4 is great and the size of the truck is just right for me. If you find a 5spd check the firewall for cracks around the area of the pedals common problem. I will be turning it into my trail truck in a few years.
