maybe i missed this somewere but, what color did you paint the cage. i really like it, it looks like bare metal from the pics. the truck looks really good to, looking forward to pic of it out on the trail.

The color is Dark Night Metallic and its out of a rattle can.. It will get a nice paint job after it can move under its own power..

I haven't had any time or money for the Yota.. But I will finish the rear driveshaft this week..the wiring will be done soon hopefully.

so, here is an update: I've been broke and not motivated.. sorry. I wish I was but Now I understand why Izook lost interests. there is alot more work than at first glace. But I been able to purchase a few things and it doesn't really help but it is forward motion. lol

Thanks to all. I'm fired up on the grill and Muchado hooked me up with the Hellas and a Quick disconnect coupler and steering wheel. here is a picture of how the front will be finished off with tube.. Don't laugh to hard..





I like the hell outa it.. I want a Wraith.....

I hear ya, I am just about where your at in my build and last 10% of work is 75% of the cost.

I want that grill, what did it cost you? I am having a hard time getting my 2nd gen grill fit on my tube chassis .

I just started a thread on FJ forums saying I was looking to buy a complete grill. I had it bought within days. With shipping I think it was 125.00? at least close to that.. totally worth it.

RADesigns triple stick is done. I'm waiting on a 3.00 bushing for the shifter. The brakes are giving me a little problem, but nothing a little more cussin and bloody knuckles won't fix.

Just found this thread. Sick build.. beat me to it with the FJ grill. Have it hanging on the wall in the garage. Currently building a 85. Still going to run it..... truck looks sick !!!
