starter relay? 1990 toyota 4runner

i am lppking for the starter relay on my 1990 toy 4-runner 5spd v6. i replaced the starter on my runner and now the silinoid dosnt even click im guessing it is the relay cuz i tested the starter on my battery before i put it in and it worked fine. if not the relay what else could it be. is the silinoid on the starter or on the truck.

The relay should be on the drivers fenderwell. There is a small bracket that it mounts to.

looking at the fuse panel behind the drivers kick.
there are three relays on the firewall side of the fusebox
the starter relay is the top one
you could swap one of the other two there, i am pretty sure they are the same relay and neither are related to the engine

Well on my 90 it is by the fuse block on the DS, it is green and it says "Starter Relay" on it.
