EGR Removal from Stock 22R

Ive have a 87 yota with a 22r, I have a very badly cracked exhaust manilfold, and getting about 7mpg..

I got a OEM Exhuast manifold, with the egr fittings tapped off on the header, and no O2 senser... and i would like to remove the EGR hard lines off the stock manifold, and remove all the vaccumm lines, that arent needed..

I know i have to make 1 or 2 block off plates,

I have searched around, and i cant find any detailed thread/Technical about EGR removels on 22r's

I am planning on doing this next weekend after i get a 22r exhaust manifold, and some sealing.

can anyone Help ? Is it hard to do?

I pulled mine off. I bought a gasket kit and used that to make blockoff plates. I plugged all the vacuum lines except for a couple to the distributor and a couple to the choke, I don't remember. There aren't many left. I plugged everything on the stock aircleaner, put a copper plug in the manifold, etc. Runs great, couldn't comment about mileage since its trailered.
