Take some pics of underneath and post 'em. Then we can get a better idea of what you're dealing with and come up with some ideas.

my springs sit completly flat at ride height. is a flatter spring gonna wrap up easier than a more u shaped spring does?
im thinking about adding a leaf to my pack and doing the bigger spring axle perches like these

uh...yes. Flatter springs do have a tendency to wrap more because there is no arch to combat the wrap, but flatter springs do flex nice. You could try an old school trick and use a kicker shock from the front crossmember to the top of the axle. It doesn't completely prevent axle wrap, but it does help. And if you measure it roght it won't interfere with flex. Then there's the slip & twist and the shackle setup. Some people will tell you to run the shackle hanging down, other will say run it up. I have no personnel experience with the shackle setup. I use a slip & twist in the rear and the kicker shock in the front. No complaints yet cause wheel hop is almost nill and nothing has broke yet.

with that said im defiently adding a leaf! shouldnt kill my flex too bad! but it Will give more arc

Your still going to need something else. If you have extra leaves, why not put an anti wrap leaf on?

Anti-wrap leaf:

A half-leaf on top of the springs with the front clamped under the other leaves.
