Well, I posted once about my '90 4Runner (V6, auto) about it not going into 2wd high or 4wd high but driving in 4wd low. I checked the shifters as someone mentioned and it's not the problem. Is there anything in the transfer case that could go wrong to make it have the problem? I need help as soon as possible, this is my only 'legal' mode of transportation. Thanks in advance!
Also this problem happened while I was in reverse in 2WD high, leaving my drive way, I put it into 2WD high drive and it stopped working from there but went into reverse, then I shut it off and tried again and it wouldn't evengo in reverse from there on.
First read the FAQ 10 times as stated in the directions. Somewhere around 9 or 10 you would have seen this link to the FSM. http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/index.html
In there you will find more than you want to know about your HUGE problem:flipoff2:
As much as I'd like to say the FSM is helping it's not...
