I took an adjustable carpenters square and taped a sharpie to the end. This gave me the general contour, I then smoothed then smoothed the lines at each extreme to look good. Then cut with a cut off wheel.
I removed 3" of fender. Then massage the seam on the floorboard with a sledge hammer. It came out very clean, even the wife was impressed.
I was but i put that on the back burner to build the family rig. I went up to Crashs and picked up the runner last weekend to get started on it. Im putting in the built 350/turbo 350 trans/AA adapter to toyota case with 4.7 to 1 gears and a driveline disco.
