Square tube bumpers

I just got pics of my bumpers up, and I figgured I'd share them, as all I usually see are round tube stuff. These are 2x2 OD .125 wall square tube. It took two and a half 20' sticks to make the front and rear bumpers, and sliders. the liscense plates are in reciever hitches, and are removable. my buddy and I have a winch that is on a receiver mount. Enjoy.

oh yeah can't forget

Great minds think alike! I came up with a similar design for the 'square look' all the way around.

Why bling-bling?

My shit's all square because I don't have a bender, notcher, etc. One of these days I will justify buying a bender and venture into the round-tube world....

I don't care what it looks like as long as I can whack it on rocks and hi-lift from it.

Oh... I see now. That's grindage from cleaning up my boogery welds, the bumper wasn't painted yet in that pic.

I'm gonna make a square driveline for a spare.

Here's the ass end of my old 4Runner. I never got around to putting the quarter panel protection on it before I sold it.

Well, this is the second attempt! It usually takes me 2 or 3 tries to get stuff the way I planned it.
