Buddy came to help and did most all of it in 2 days. It's pretty tight all over the place, I'm really happy with it. All she needs is 2 roof spreaders finished and then final welding. Also need to incorporate the rear shock mounts and maybe get some new shocks to utilize the room as well as front shock hoops and their cage tie ins. I'll also be incorporating a rear spare tire tailgate deal. All in all, about 100' of 1.75", part of a stick of 1.5" and then the 1" windshield spreaders, all .120 DOM.

Nice minimal flatbed. With the tight fit on the spare you could forgo a mount and use air pressure i.e. build to fit w/no air and then air up to make it fit tight!

Even with hinges, I'm guessing you can't be in a hurry to exit the vehicle? Hope it never catches on fire!

If the window is down, I can get the door open in just a couple of seconds.

Here is mine,

All 1.75 .120 wall DOM except for the bracing which is 1.0 .120 wall DOM

Overall I am happy with it, still need to add harness bar and a few cross supports in the back half area.

How much up-travel do you have? Seems like you could have gotten a lot more if you mounted those shocks a little higher?

The shocks have about 8" of up travel, mounted with 4" exposed. Eventually i am going to upgrade to a pair of 14" shocks but for now the 12" will do.
