Rockfest at the GAP-August 24-26 in Auburn, AL
Rockfest at The Great American Park (GAP) will be Friday, August 24 till Sunday, August 26. A great weekend of rockcrawling, mud riding, camping, and 2 concerts!
The bands will be: The Haywire Band from Columbus, GA on Friday night and The Cold Hard Truth from Tennessee on Saturday night http://www.reverbnation.com/thehaywireband http://www.musicgarden.net/bands/cold_hard_truth.html John has been adding rock trails like crazy since the last event in July. There have been 7 dump trucks hauling rock and some dirt to the park for 8 hours a day for 2 weeks. He has used a lot of this rock but there are still piles and piles of rocks to be used. Most of the new rock trails are finished, but a couple are ongoing. This covers you for the entire weekend for everything-all kinds of riding (rocks, mud, etc) on whatever kind of vehicle you bring, and camping, and 2 concerts-it's all included in the one price. JOHN is the man!!!!!! That entire Family is just amazing. They are by far the nicest most caring and sweet people in our sport. EVERYBODY better get down there and check out his craftsmanship at building trails/obstacles for us offroad lovers.
If you dont know John and havent been there before you wont realize how awesome it is and it just keeps getting better and better i see.  He listens and pays attention when you tell him what you like and what brought you there and what you would like to see more of in his park. I can see to that he has not forgot "a certain few" people he met at the ECORS event. LOL  Look at all those rocks!!!!!!!!!   I cant wait to get down there again soon. Not a bad drive at all from NC. Just that BS atlanta traffic can slow you down. 8 lanes each way of bumper to bumper traffic. LMAO!!

Ok great show those pics of the piles of rocks and other stuff he is building.
Can the family see and read this post? I sure hope John His daughter and wife can see this post. They are AWESOME!!!!!! I want them to know how much we cherish their drive and love for our sport.

Busted Knuckle Films will be at Rockfest with their new DVD Rockrods 3! They'll be wheeling with a few rigs from the DVD on saturday at Rockfest!

Cant wait this event is going to rock! This is the Final Ride for the Busted Knuckle Jeep as its time to turn it into a buggy. I plan on it going back on the trailer with the help of the Trackhoe!

that looks like a big U shaped hole. i hope he builds up the sides with dirt then lays small and medium sized rocks in the bottom and big and huge rocks up all 3 sides. that would be awesome!!!!!

Its great i understand but i got 3 boys with me lol. That makes it alot more than thirty bucks. Its all good i would just rather wait for a less crowded weekend. 48 bucks for me is better than 120.
