Anyone running the Con this weekend?

I plan on going in on Friday evening from Tahoe side. Anyone want to come with? I would prefer not to run alone.

Jeepers & Jeep Jambo have the 'Con closed for the next two weeks. If you try to go you might not be welcomed.

You can't "close" the Rubicon. Its a unmaintained county road.

I guess that means that there will be a bunch of people there. I'll make friends

Streets get closed all the time for special events. I'm waiting until it's over.

They have a two week permit which gives them exclusive use of the "road."

I'm not saying you can't crash their party, you just might not get too far, especially on the weekend. You would have better luck during mid-week.
