Canadian River
I'm told that the new river laws go into effect on Septemper 1 of this year. This leaves us exactly 2 weekends to go wheeling on the rivers in Texas before they're closed for good. I am trying to get a group of people together to go to the Canadian River on Saturday September 23rd. I know it's late notice, but it's one of only 2 weekends left (I can't go on the 30/31st).
